A LEGACY OF COMMITMENT TO DUBUQUE

The power of legacy runs deep at HODGE. One generation's values can shape the next, and when rooted in love for people and community, those values will echo for years to come.

DUBUQUE, IA — The Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque issued its annual report in May and featured HODGE's own Jordan Fullan, co-CEO, and Michael Fullan, executive vice president of business development. The article highlighted their commitment to building a lasting legacy for their family and for the company's hometown of Dubuque.

For Jordan, that commitment started with her grandmother, Beverly, whose husband, Butch, was the second-generation owner of HODGE. She was known for her generosity and fierce dedication to people, both inside and outside the walls of the business.

“She just had this energy, this affection for giving back. I’ve always aspired to make people feel the way my grandmother did.”

Jordan Fullan, Co-CEO at HODGE

That spirit of generosity lives on today, not only in Jordan’s leadership at HODGE, but also in the way she and Michael think about their family’s future, and Dubuque’s. Through estate planning with the Community Foundation, they’re ensuring their family’s values will benefit the region for generations to come.

Caring for the company's hometown of Dubuque, where HODGE got its start, has always been important to us. Our roots run deep here. We’re inspired by leaders like Jordan and Michael, who remind us that the future of our company and the future of our community are closely intertwined.
