HODGE, a logistics, material handling, and real estate company headquartered in Dubuque, Iowa, is thrilled to announce its upcoming expansion to a new building situated at 400 Ice Harbor Drive in Dubuque. This move sets the stage for HODGE's new headquarters and represents a pivotal step in the company's ongoing commitment to expand its local footprint, attract exceptional talent, and drive innovation within the warehousing and material handling industries.
The new headquarters will be home to HODGE's Enterprise departments, including IT, Safety, Human Resources, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing. The facility will include spacious work accommodations for business unit leadership and Enterprise team members, purposefully designed with adaptable workspaces to facilitate collaboration. Currently employing over 1,200 team members across three states, this new facility will provide a welcoming hub for visiting colleagues and vendors engaging with the Enterprise team while also ensuring ample space for HODGE's continued growth.
The decision to establish a new headquarters reflects HODGE's unwavering dedication to both the industries they work in and the community where they laid roots back in 1958. This endeavor highlights HODGE's investment in not only physical infrastructure but also in nurturing collaboration and fostering growth within its dynamic team.

The roughly 20,000-square-foot space is currently home to MSA, who will remain a tenant within the building. HODGE will occupy 13,000 square feet of the building, nearly doubling the footprint of their current office space. The realization of this project hinges on an approved development agreement with the City of Dubuque.
While the current headquarters at 7465 Chavenelle Road in Dubuque will continue to house HODGE's Material Handling branch, the new headquarters office is anticipated to open its doors in mid-2024.
