HODGE Announces Leadership Transition: Fourth Generation Takes the Helm

DUBUQUE, IA – HODGE is proud to announce an important milestone in its rich 65-year history. Since its establishment in 1958, HODGE has evolved from a public warehousing company with a handful of employees into a thriving enterprise, employing over 1,200 team members across three states. Behind this growth is CEO Tim Hodge.

Tim has worked at HODGE for 44 years and served as CEO for two decades. On September 11, 2023, Tim Hodge will officially retire from the family company. Tim's retirement marks the beginning of a new era as the fourth generation of family ownership takes the helm.

Zach Hodge, Tim's son, and Jordan Fullan, Tim's daughter, are stepping into co-CEO roles. Their shared vision, complemented by their individual skill sets, will fuse tradition with innovation to propel HODGE forward and drive further success for the company. This dynamic leadership duo will build upon HODGE's solid foundation and offer diverse expertise to add even greater value to the organization.

Zach Hodge brings nearly two decades of experience and expertise to his current role as President, overseeing the company’s Logistics and Material Handling operations. With a deep understanding of the industries, a keen eye for optimizing efficiency, and financial acumen, Zach has played a crucial role in driving HODGE’s success.

Jordan Fullan, the current Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Safety, has excelled in managing all HODGE Safety practices and spearheading our Human Resources initiatives. Her unwavering commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment, comprehensive understanding of human resource dynamics, and passion for project management have contributed to the success and well-being of our employees in every business unit.

Together, Zach and Jordan will form the fourth generation of leadership at HODGE, following in the footsteps of the three generations that led the company as CEO before them: Tim Hodge (2003-2023), Butch Hodge (1978-2003), Walter Hodge (1958-1978).

The seamless collaboration between Zach and Jordan, honed over the past seven years as executive leaders within HODGE, sets the stage for a successful transition into fourth-generation ownership. While each co-CEO will have their defined areas of responsibility, their shared commitment to excellence and their aligned vision for the company's future will ensure unity in propelling HODGE forward.

HODGE extends its deepest gratitude to Tim Hodge for his invaluable contributions to the business and community throughout his tenure as CEO.
