HODGE looks forward to leveraging the skills and insights of our new Vice Presidents to build upon our current offerings and continue our commitment to excellence in the industry.

DUBUQUE, IA – As we continue to look to the future at HODGE and prepare to be at the forefront of innovation within the Material Handling and Logistics industries, we’re excited to announce the promotions of three Vice Presidents, reflecting our commitment to excellence and growth.

Marty White has been promoted to Vice President of Logistics. Under his leadership as Director of Warehousing, HODGE has seen tremendous growth, including the acquisition of a new operation and several process improvements focused on productivity and efficiency. In his new role, Marty will continue to lead our logistics efforts while exploring new growth opportunities and collaborating with our customer on operational goals and innovation.

Mike Kane, with nearly 30 years at HODGE, steps into the role of Vice President of Material Handling. Mike’s extensive knowledge of our business has been instrumental in our success, particularly in fostering employee growth and branch efficiency. As Vice President, he will continue to oversee all Material Handling activities and work alongside Logistics to address the growing demand for automation within the industry.

Justin Vetsch is now the Vice President of Operational Excellence, taking on expanded responsibilities. Since joining HODGE in 2022, Justin has driven transformative change through data and analytics, empowering leaders with deeper insights into our operational performance. In this new role, he adds two teams to his charge – Quality Assurance and Information Technology – while maintaining his oversight of Analytics and Engineering Teams. This restructuring will foster stronger synergies across functions, ensuring technology and data analytics remain central to our strategy.

The Vice President role within HODGE is designed to elevate our organization and create pathways for growth, leadership, and innovation. Our mission is to empower our operating units to help shape the direction of company-wide initiatives, expand the thought leadership of these talented individuals, and recognize Operational Excellence as one of our differentiators.

“We are excited about the future and confident that these leaders will build on our strong foundation to help move HODGE forward,” said Zach Hodge, Co-CEO. “Their expertise will be pivotal as we navigate the evolving landscape of both Material Handling and Logistics industries and adapt to cutting-edge technology.”
