DUBUQUE, IA – For the first time in our company's history, HODGE is officially certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the national gold standard for women-owned business certification.
The certification reflects the leadership of Co-CEO Jordan Fullan, whose strategic vision and commitment to the company’s future guide HODGE forward. As majority owner, Jordan continues to lead the company alongside Co-CEO Zach Hodge, whose partnership and shared leadership remain central to HODGE’s continued growth. The company's day-to-day direction and leadership model remain unchanged.
"I’m incredibly proud of this certification and what it represents. Strong women have always played an important role in our family company, and Jordan’s leadership is building on that legacy in a really meaningful, and now official, way. I’m excited for what’s ahead."
- Zach Hodge, Co-CEO
This milestone reflects broader progress across the logistics, material handling, and industrial real estate industries, fields that have traditionally been male-dominated. It highlights the growing impact of women in leadership and the role HODGE is playing in helping lead that progress.
It also strengthens HODGE’s position as a partner for organizations that prioritize supplier diversity and are committed to building strong, inclusive supply chains, while expanding access to new opportunities and partnerships.
At its core, the certification reflects who HODGE is as a company. It underscores a continued commitment to growth, opportunity, and leadership development, and the belief that strong organizations are built by empowering people to contribute, grow, and lead.
This Women's History Month, we're proud to celebrate history in the making and excited for the opportunities ahead.
