HODGE took strides over the past several years to build up the organizational structure to prepare for generational advancement within the company. This change is most evident in the director-level positions created to support business units and Enterprise departments such as: Warehousing, Material Handling, Real Estate, IT, Human Resources, and Operational Excellence.
Mike Hodge's recent retirement, effective January 1, 2023, gave the company an opportunity to further align the roles of the Executive Leadership Team and open the Vice President-tier of the organizational structure to prepare for future growth.
Today, we're excited to announce the following promotions and shifts in responsibilities:
ZACH HODGE PROMOTED TO PRESIDENT. Zach Hodge, EVP, Material Handling and Logistics, is promoted to President. Zach will continue to oversee business unit operations for Logistics and Material Handling as well as department initiatives for Operational Excellence.
JORDAN FULLAN PROMOTED TO EVP, HUMAN RESOURCES & SAFETY. Jordan Fullan, VP of Human Resources & Safety, is promoted to Executive Vice President. In this role, Jordan will continue to oversee all HODGE Safety practices and Human Resources initiatives including recruitment, benefits, payroll, training, and more.
MICHAEL FULLAN PROMOTED TO EVP, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. Michael Fullan, VP of Business Development, is promoted to Executive Vice President. In this role, Michael will continue to oversee HODGE Marketing activities as well as daily Real Estate operations including facilities maintenance, property management, and development.
