DUBUQUE, IA – On Tuesday, November 19, HODGE celebrated a significant milestone with the official ribbon cutting at its new headquarters located at 400 Ice Harbor Drive in Dubuque. The event, attended by ambassadors from the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce, local officials, and community members, marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the company.
The new headquarters will serve as the home for HODGE’s growing team, including 27 team members across executive leadership, business unit leaders, and Enterprise departments such as Human Resources, Safety, IT, Marketing, Organizational Development, Operational Excellence, and Finance. With ample room for future growth, the space is designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and continued success for the company’s workforce.
“This move symbolizes our ongoing commitment to both our team members and the community we’ve called home since 1958. The new space will allow us to support our team as we continue to evolve while providing a welcoming environment for everyone who interacts with our company.”
Michael Fullan, Executive Vice President of Business Development at HODGE
HODGE’s decision to expand into this 13,000-square-foot facility reflects a broader vision to strengthen its presence in Dubuque and create a hub for collaboration. This move comes after significant growth within the company’s Enterprise team, which now supports over 1,000 people across three states. While HODGE’s Material Handling branch will remain at the former location, 7465 Chavenelle Road, the new headquarters provides a central, accessible space for team members, visiting colleagues, and partners.
This new headquarters is more than just an office – it’s a symbol of HODGE’s commitment to its employees, the community, and its long-term vision for growth.
Thank you to everyone who joined in celebrating this important milestone for HODGE!
