These changes honor the strengths of our leaders while also positioning us to accelerate our strategic priorities and expand the services we offer to our customers.
Together, we're working toward deepening operational excellence, expanding our service portfolio, and developing our internal talent, all while remaining operationally efficient. The following changes do exactly that, strengthening leadership continuity today and ensuring we are well prepared for the opportunities ahead.
Marty White, our current Vice President of Logistics, will shift into a newly created Vice President of Business Development role. As Vice President of Business Development, Marty will focus on expanding HODGE’s services into new customers and markets, while also identifying opportunities to enhance and grow the services we provide to our existing customer base. He will bring his deep operational knowledge and trusted leadership to several key strategic priorities. With decades of experience in logistics execution, customer relationships, and operational problem solving, Marty is uniquely equipped to help HODGE identify and capture new service opportunities that align with our capabilities and growth goals.
Justin Vetsch, our current Vice President of Operational Excellence, will step into the role of Vice President of Logistics. Justin brings a powerful blend of leadership, operational insight, and technical expertise that makes him an outstanding fit for this role. He has been instrumental in advancing our engineering, analytics, and operational systems, and this transition allows him to bring those capabilities directly into the heart of our warehousing operations. His ability to connect strategy to execution and partner effectively with teams across HODGE will ensure a strong continuation of the momentum we've built over the past several years.
Irving Duran, currently our Analytics Manager, will be promoted to Director of Operational Excellence. This role will continue to provide strong leadership and stability across our analytics and engineering functions. Irving has consistently demonstrated the analytical rigor, problem-solving mindset, and cross-functional leadership that this role requires. He has a unique ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, build trust with both frontline teams and senior leaders, and design processes that support sustained performance improvement. Irving’s vision coupled with his systems design knowledge, collaborative nature, and understanding of our operational data make him the right leader to guide Operational Excellence through this next chapter.
With these new appointments, Irving Duran joins HODGE's Strategy Team (pictured above in the org chart). This is a dynamic and versatile leadership group that focuses on accountability, collaboration, information sharing, learning, and family. The Strategy Team plays a crucial role in the successful execution of initiatives by monitoring progress, tracking performance updates, and aligning with key performance indicators to move HODGE forward.
