Contract maintenance and rental customers are guaranteed a maximum of a 4-hour response time to service calls or the first hour of labor and travel is free.
We certify repairs will be completed when promised or you will receive a free interim loaner forklift. All service jobs are covered by our 60-day warranty.
*Specialty unit or capacities over 10,000 lbs. are excluded.
We are committed to providing top service experience evert time you choose to work with us. Our Repair Match Pledge ensures you'll receive the best deal on any quoted major repair. Show us a copy of a competitor's quote and we'll beat it. It's that simple.

Vendor stockers parts will be available within one business day when expedited freight is authorized. Parts purchased from HODGE are guarantees for 60 days or they are free.
*Exclusions are aftermarket starters, alternators, rebuilt electrical components and torque converters which are covered for 30 days.
