Tim Hodge's upcoming retirement and the announcement of co-CEO roles for Jordan Fullan and Zach Hodge have given the company an opportunity to further align the roles of our business unit and Enterprise department leaders.
Today, we are thrilled to announce the following promotions and role adjustments that signify our commitment to growth and excellence within our organization:
Morgan Samek has been promoted to Director of Marketing. Morgan has played an integral role in shaping our company's communication strategies, both internally for our team members and externally within the communities where we work. She has been the driving force behind the creation and success of the HODGE Hub—a central platform for company news and resources. Morgan's dedication extends to providing branding and communication support across all business units and departments. In her new position, Morgan will continue to oversee HODGE’s Marketing team and manage our partnership with Gigantic Design. Now reporting to Jordan Fullan, co-CEO, Morgan will bring her expertise to this expanded role.

Taking on added responsibilities for Recruiting is Jen Mond, Director of Organizational Development. Jen's impact on HODGE has been undeniable, providing continuous development opportunities and a consistent training experience for our leaders and team members. With her proven success in overseeing performance management, training, and talent development, Jen will now spearhead our recruiting strategies in collaboration with Anna Kirk, Recruiting Supervisor at HODGE. Jen's team now includes Matt Kristof, Training Manager; Lindsay McElmeel, Project Manager; and Anna Kirk, Recruiting Supervisor. Jen will continue to report to Jordan Fullan, co-CEO.

Rob Harbin has been promoted to Director of Human Resources. With Rob’s expertise, he will steer crucial HR initiatives at HODGE, encompassing compensation planning, payroll, benefits administration, employee engagement, and much more. Rob’s eye for creating efficient HR systems and utilizing HR data to drive decisions will continue to improve the service we offer employees and our operations. His team now includes Sean Quinn, Human Resource Manager; Janel Hickson, Benefits Administrator; Heather Leick, Payroll Administrator; and Katelyn McDermott, Special Projects. As before, Rob's reporting relationship remains with Jordan Fullan, co-CEO.

As part of our organizational alignment, Jason Burds, Director of IT, will now report directly to Jordan Fullan, co-CEO. Jason continues to serve as our resident expert in project management through Jira and remains responsible for the safety and security of HODGE networks. His efforts have elevated our IT infrastructure, ensuring regular technology upgrades for our team members and seamless technology support across multiple locations, facilitated by our partnership with Managed Solutions Group. Duncan Marshall, IT Manager, will continue reporting to Jason.

Justin Vetsch has been promoted to Director of Operational Excellence. Justin has been a catalyst for transformative change through data and analytics at HODGE. His contributions have empowered leaders with deeper insights into operational performance and enhanced forecasting of staffing requirements. Justin's ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively across all organizational levels is exceptional. Justin will report to Zach Hodge, co-CEO, and will lead our Data and Engineering teams. Ashley Golden-Manzano, Engineering Data Manager, and Alex Lehmann, Data Analyst, will continue their reporting relationship with Justin.

HODGE's Strategy Team (pictured above in the org chart) is a dynamic and versatile leadership group that focuses on accountability, collaboration, information sharing, learning, and family. The Strategy Team plays a crucial role in the successful execution of initiatives by monitoring progress, tracking performance updates, and aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs). The Executive Team works directly with members of the Strategy Team to make informed decisions and contribute to strategic planning, which helps the company propel forward.
